My favorite alcoholic drinks are Craft Beer and Gin, so I’d like to introduce my favorite Swedish Gin brand.

First off, let me introduce some of our favorites!
Hernö Dry Gin
Crafted from natural and carefully selected organic botanicals, Hernö Dry Gin is a round and smooth London Dry Gin diluted to 40,5% vol. Hernö Dry Gin is awarded with IWSC World’s best London Dry Gin and World’s best Gin & Tonic. It is also very enjoyable on its own.
👃 Aroma: Offers complex aromas of rounded juniper, fresh citrus and floral notes with a hint of black pepper.
👅 Taste: The taste is rich with a light and oily texture, with fresh, crisp greens and spicy coriander aromas, combined with a mellow sweetness of vanilla and cassia bark.
Hernö Old Tom Gin
Hernö Old Tom Gin is made from the same distilled gin as Hernö Dry Gin, but with an extra amount of Meadowsweet added in the distillation and after diluting it down to 43% vol. The sweetening with a touch of sugar lifts the floral notes, releases an array of juniper and makes the gin even smoother.
👃 Aroma: The aroma is full-bodied with bright, juicy juniper and floral notes.
👅 Taste: The palate is extremely smooth with a light sweetness and vegetal, green and crisp notes of juniper and a hint of pine blossom.
Hernö Botanical Flavoured Gin
A No Buzzword Gin crafted with two botanicals only. Like a craft gin with noise cancelling. Consider this a manifest against buzzword gin products. Free from the nonsense additives, fairytale botanicals, make believe distilling methods and redundant product categories flooding our industry. This is no nonsense, just gin. Distilled with top quality botanicals, by real life awarded distillers who knows that quality and craftmanship beats all thinkable buzzwords.
👃 Aroma: A rich blend of juniper berries and coriander seeds, accompanied by a spiciness reminiscent of coriander seed flowers, leading to a long, dry, and well-balanced finish.
👅 Taste: A deep and smooth flavor of juniper is followed by a warm spiciness, accented by hints of licorice aroma and a subtle sweetness.
Hernö Slow Sloe Gin
Interpretations by Hernö Gin is a collectors series of gin with a creative twist. With our fifth interpretation 2021, Hernö Slow Sloe Gin, we wanted to stretch both time and ourselves further with the mindset Good things take time. We let our Hernö Dry Gin mature four months with ripe sloe berries to create our Hernö Sloe Gin, then we let it mature another four months on the same casks that we use to create our Hernö Juniper Cask Gin. The gin is fruity with intense juniper, fresh juniper wood, a little sweetness and a mellow texture. Limited to 1,066 bottles, 40% vol.

There is a Signature cocktail in the menu category, which is a recommended cocktail. The ingredients change from time to time, but my favorite is “UMAMI” which is a blend of shiso and miso!
