If youโre using skin-on chicken from a Swedish supermarket, start by prepping it as shown in How to Prepare Skin โ On Chicken from Swedish Supermarkets! Then, cut one piece of the prepped chicken into four chunks (about 7โ8 cm each). The reason? Bigger pieces taste better and the skin stays attached to the meat more easily.

You can marinate the chicken and seasonings in a bag or a container – just make sure the marinade reaches all the pieces!
