Then, cut one piece of the prepped chicken into four chunks (about 7โ€“8 cm each). The reason? Bigger pieces taste better and the skin stays attached to the meat more easily.

You can marinate the chicken and seasonings in a bag or a container – just make sure the marinade reaches all the pieces!
