My absolute favorite Titt’a Design creation is a playful mix of Swedish and Japanese culture. It’s called “LAGOM / Chodoii”, and it’s one of my personal favorites!
LAGOM / Chodoii #1

Remember when I introduced 👀 My T-shirt Shop, Titt’a Design!?
It’s my online shop for colorful, playful T-shirts and goods inspired by everyday life!
This time, I decided to create a little promotional video for Instagram. And the moment I saw my quirky little Titt’a models come to life and start moving around, I was so excited that I couldn’t help but giggle!
What Does “Lagom” Mean?
“Lagom” is a Swedish word that roughly translates to the Japanese expression “ちょうどいい (chōdo ii),” meaning “just right.”
Not too much, not too little. Not too big, not too small.
Whether it’s the amount of food on your plate, the distance you keep from others, or finding balance in everyday life.
It’s all about finding your own comfortable balance rather than following someone else’s standards.
And it’s not just about what feels right for you, but also being considerate of the people around you. That’s my interpretation of “Lagom”!
Inspired by this Swedish way of life and the Japanese sense of balance, I created an original design that brings the two cultures together with a colorful, playful twist!
Now, let’s take a look at what “just right” means to my quirky little Titt’a models!

Just the right amount of rice? Stop eating when you’re about 80% full!

Just the right balance of layers to keep you warm during the winter.

Take a break at just the right moment during your workday.
At the gym, find just the right workout without overdoing it.

At the bus stop, keep just the right amount of personal space.

At a Swedish crayfish party, it’s all about finding the right balance of singing, food, and drinks!

What’s Your Kind of “Lagom”?
At Titt’a Design, I turn little everyday discoveries like these into colorful, playful designs that bring a bit of fun to everyday life.
