Mutaka came up with Rum Raisin Butter recipe so that we can enjoy our Rum Raisin even more.

It was surprisingly delicious so I’d like to share it with you too!

This Recipe works really well with Swedish Butter, due to the soft texture.

It is really soft, tasty and easy to mix!

Chop the Rum Raisins like this!

We think that a nice serving size is the combination of 15g of Chopped Raisins, 40g of Butter and 1 teaspoon of Rum.

Once you make Rum Raisin Butter, you can keep it in the fridge and use it on Pound Cake, Muffins, Cookie or whenever you like.

The most delicious way to eat it is to spread it on Cookies and make a Rum Raisin Butter Sandwich Cookie!
